Customized Community Supports

Let’s live an AWESOME LIFE… Maxcare offers a Customized Community Support day program to assist individuals with developmental disabilities to participate in community activities. We provide community involvements that are accessible and safe while ensuring personal choice and freedom. Our professional support staff will assist as much or as little as is indicated. Our person-centered planning empowers people to set and achieve their vocational, cultural, and leisure pursuits. Our community center offers numerous on-site activities such as arts & crafts, yoga, board games, movie watching, reading, internet access, dances, and holiday parties as well as exciting excursions into the community. Maxcare, Inc. is dedicated to fostering increased independence and interdependence within integrated community settings.
