Benefits:

6 months: Health & Dental Insurance: Full Time employees are eligible to enroll for health and dental insurance during the next open enrollment which is August of each year.

Review and possible raise based upon merit and completion of state-mandated trainings.

1 year: 2 Week Vacation: 8 hours of vacation time is accumulated every 36 days after first year anniversary date of employment with Maxcare, Inc. for employees considered Full Time.

401K: $1.00 for $1.00 match up to 4% of each paycheck.  Employees are eligible to enroll in 401K during the next open enrollment (January and July of each year).

Profit Sharing: After the employee has reached 1,000 hours during the first year of employment, the employee is eligible for profit sharing for retirement. Profit sharing averages $500 to $3,200 annually.

2 years: 8 hours of vacation time is accumulated every 36 days after second year anniversary date.

Review and possible raise based upon merit.

3 years: 8 hours of vacation time is accumulated every 36 days after third year anniversary date.

Review and possible raise based upon merit.

5 years: Profit Sharing: Employee is fully vested (100%) after 5 years of continuous employment.

10 years: 3 Weeks’ Vacation: 40 hours of vacation is accumulated after every 122 calendar days.

                            

Vacation: Full time employees accrue vacation time after 12 months of 30+ hours per week. Unused vacation hours may be carried over for a period of 3 years, after which they will expire. Employees must take a vacation day if sick or they must work a make-up day. Unused hours will forfeited at the time of separation, during suspension, or termination from the agency.

Vacation Payout:  Up to 40 hours of vacation pay (every 6 months) will be bonused to the employee’s paycheck, upon request from our Human Resources Department, if the employee chooses not to take leave. 

Policy: Employees must give a 14 day notice to our Human Resources Department in order to receive the Vacation Payout.  Payroll will then process the request and the vacation pay will be on the following pay check. Vacation Payout will be forfeited at the time of termination, separation or leave of absence, or during any 30 calendar days after a demotion, employee quality improvement plan of correction, or suspension.

Holidays: Time-and-a-half pay will be earned by employee’s working on the following holidays: Christmas, New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, Labor Day, 4th of July.
